Notary Fees

Notarial Acts

Protest of a bill or note for nonacceptance/nonpayment (register and seal) = $4.00    

Notice of protest = $1.00 (each)    

Other protest cases = $4.00    

Certificate and seal to a protest = $4.00

Acknowledgment or proof of a deed or instrument (first signature) = $10.00

Acknowledgment – Each additional signature = $1.00

Oath or affirmation with certificate and seal  = $10.00

Certificate under seal not otherwise provided for = $10.00

Copy of record/paper in notary's office = $1.00 (per page)

Deposition of a witness = $1.00 (per 100 words)

Swearing a witness to a deposition, including certificate, seal, and related services = $10.00    

Notarial act not otherwise provided for = $10.00     

Additional Services

Mobile/Travel Fee (within 10 miles) = $25.00 

Additional Mileage (per mile over 10 miles) = $0.65 per mile

Printing = $0.50 (per page)

Copying = $0.25 (per page)

Standard Document Delivery (beyond 10 miles) = Actual shipping cost + $5.00 handling

Overnight Document Delivery = Actual cost + $10.00 handling

After-hours/Weekend Appointments = 20.00   (reasonable and pre-agreed)
